NEW YEAR, NEW YOU

Jan. 27, 2021: Well, we all survived 2020 so let's leave that behind us! As we start this new year, many think of resolutions, plans, changes, etc. Have you thought about changes to your hair care?

Here's a few tips to help protect your hair and keep it healthy all winter long: 1. The most important part of a winter hair care routine = moisture. Cold air draws out moisture so look for a light, hydrating shampoo. 2. Don't go out with wet hair. This will avoid split end damage (and colds!). 3. Satin or silk pillowcases allow the hair to glide more easily and avoid roughing up the strands. 4. Healthy hair needs regular maintenance to thrive so aim for a trim 3-4 times a year.

Dec. 12, 2020: We all know 2020 has been a difficult year in many ways. If you are a bit frazzled with the realization that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away, let me help!
